Q.Do you offer a full project management service?

A.Yes. You will be assigned a project manager who will oversee the build of your stand from concept to completion, both during construction and on-site.

Q.Will you deal with the show organisers?

A.Yes, we will take ownership of all contact with the show organisers to make sure your stand is compliant with all show rules and regulations. We will also fill in all the necessary contractor forms.  

Q.Do you design stands?

A.Yes we do. Our expert sales and design team will ask to meet you and discuss your design brief. Once we are confident we have established precisely what you want to achieve and how you would like your stand look we will create a bespoke design for you providing full 3D visuals and an fully itemised quote.

Q.Do you build stands?

A.Yes we do. We work with a team of tradesmen specialising in all areas of exhibition stand building and installation, from joiners to electricians and decorators. We also have access to the latest CAD technology to make sure your exhibition stand will meet your high-spec needs. 

Q.Why should I use a design build company?

A.Put simply, it will save you money. By using one company you will be able to keep closer control of your budget and rest easy that your project is been managed and cared for by one company.

Q.Can you arrange transport?

A.Yes we can arrange whatever vehicles you need, from articulated wagons to transit vans. By taking advantage of our full project management of transport logistics, you can be confident that your stand is always being cared forfrom workshop to show.

Q.Do you supply graphics?

A.Yes we do. We have a state of the art graphic design and manufacturing studio. Utilising the latest in design software we can produce any type of graphic you want in house. From graphics that can be suspended from the hall ceiling to graphics that can be applied direct to the floor and everything in between.

Q.Can you arrange storage?

A.Yes we can. If you wish to take your stand to multiple shows year after year we can arrange storage. These costs are shown as an option on all of our quotes.

Q.Who will look after the design and build of my stand?

A.Once you have decided to use us to design and build your next stand you will be provided with a personal project manager who will ensure you stand is delivered on time and on budget.

Q.Where are you based?

A.Based on the DIP 1, Dubai, UAE we are within a convenient distance from major train stations and Dubai Airport. When we arrange to meet with you it will be at your convenience and we are happy to travel anywhere in UAE to do so.

Q.Do you build stands in UAE?

A.Yes we do. We have built and installed stands all over UAE. Anywhere you need your stand to go, we can get it there.

A.We have been trading since 2009 however, our experience stretches back much further. Many of the guys in our sales, design and production teams have worked in exhibitions their entire working life.
